Any group or organization seeking support from CUPE 4600, be that a financial contribution, endorsement, or other support, should use this form.  Please note that CUPE 4600 makes donations to groups or organizations, and does not typically make donations to individuals; prioritizes support for local and regional campaigns and events; typically donates between $100 and $500, depending on the nature of the request; is more easily able to respond to requests for support when they are as specific as possible.
